Registration - on-site sold out, online participation still possible

Registration for the whole event runs over our event management system

Registration fees are as follows: 

Physical registration, conference 300.- EUR
Physical registration plus course on Tuesday 375.- EUR
Physical registration plus hackathon Monday/Tuesday 400.- EUR
Online registration (Wed - Fr) 100.- EUR
Online package registration (5 people, Wed-Fr) 250.- EUR
Online package registration (20 people, Wed-Fr) 500.- EUR

 

The physical registration fee includes all breaks and lunches. It further covers the conference dinner on Wednesday; and for those participating at the hackathon a social event with dinner on Monday. 

Online registration is free for attendees from low- or middle income countries. 

Registration for a course without conference attendance is not allowed.

--> The intermediate / advanced track is full. No registrations can be taken anymore.

If you want to be listed on the waiting list, please send an e-mail with the subject "Brightcon2025 - Waiting list Intermediate/advanced course" to brightcon@d-d-s.ch.  

Please note that we unfortunately have to ask for a copy of your ID card when you participate at the hackathon or register for a course. This is because of the location of those events, where external visitors have to be registered officially. 

Invitation letter

After registering in the event management system, you can download your personal invitation letter under Profile → Your Registrations → Brightcon 2025 → Actions → Download Letter of Invitation to support your trip and visa application.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations received on or before 13 September will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations received between 14 and 23 September will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received on or after 24 September will not be eligible for a refund.
